Quality Standards
Each batch of Mt Adams honey is rigorously tested - both independently and in our ISO 17025 certified in-house laboratory - to ensure quality and purity. The honey is quality tested on arrival at our processing facility, and methylglyoxal levels continue to be assessed during storage to confirm the grade of the honey before it goes into a batch to be processed*. Before the batch is packed into jars there is another test for all the quality parameters.
*Mt Adams honey is unpasteurised and processed with the least possible interference. Great care is taken to ensure the natural properties of the honey are retained.
